Usage Rights
With the purchase of an Artist License, you obtain the right to use the selected emaer beat for your own musical work (song or instrumental project).
You may:
- Record vocals or instruments over the beat
- Edit, arrange, or adapt the beat for your song
- Release and monetize your song on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Use the song in performances, videos, or other promotional content
The license is royalty-free, worldwide, and valid indefinitely.
License Types
Non-Exclusive License
- The beat may be licensed to multiple artists at the same time.
- You keep full rights to release and monetize your own song.
- emaer retains full ownership and may continue selling the beat non-exclusively.
Exclusive License
- You receive exclusive usage rights from the date of purchase.
- The beat will be removed from further sale after your exclusive purchase.
- Previously sold non-exclusive licenses remain valid.
- emaer retains authorship and may still use the beat in personal works (e.g. emaer songs).
Custom Exclusive License
- A fully custom beat or production made specifically for you.
- Exclusively licensed — no other artist will receive the same beat.
- emaer does not reuse or resell custom exclusive productions.
Naming / Credit
When releasing a song using an emaer beat, credit must be given as:
Prod. by emaer
This credit should appear wherever production credits are displayed —
track titles, descriptions, streaming credits, or liner notes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, re-license, or distribute the beat as your own
- Upload or claim the beat alone on streaming platforms
- Use the beat in sample packs or libraries
- Misrepresent authorship or remove identifying metadata
All copyrights to the composition and sound recording remain with emaer.
