General Notes

All emaer music, sounds, and productions are royalty-free.
You pay once and may use the music forever within the terms of your chosen license — commercial or non-commercial.

emaer retains all copyrights and moral rights to the music.
You are licensing the right to use the music, not to own it.

Licenses are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated (e.g., Exclusive Artist License or Custom Music License).
Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned, or shared.

You may use emaer music in your own creative projects —
by adapting, integrating, or building upon it.
However, releasing the exact same track as your own original work is strictly prohibited.

You may not:

  • redistribute, re-upload, resell, or trade any emaer music as standalone files
  • include emaer music in sample packs, templates, libraries, or competitive products
  • use the music in isolation to create products intended for resale or relicensing
  • claim authorship or attempt to fingerprint or register the music as your own
  • lend, rent, lease, or share the files with third parties
  • upload the original unmodified track to streaming platforms as a release

You have full ownership of your own compositions or projects created with emaer music —
but you do not own the underlying composition or sound recording provided by emaer.

Other users may legally use the same non-exclusive tracks in their own creative projects —
this is part of the royalty-free licensing model.
