1. Creator License (Non-Exclusive)

Usage Rights
With the purchase of a Creator License, you obtain a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use emaer music in your audiovisual or digital projects.
You may:
- Synchronize the track with video, film, podcast, or media content
- Use it in advertisements, websites, apps, or branded content
- Monetize your project on streaming or social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit, loop, or shorten the track to fit your project
There are no additional fees, no royalties, and no backend reporting required.
Attribution
- Paid Creator Licenses: Attribution is optional but appreciated.
- Free Downloads: Credit must be displayed as: Music by emaer – emaer-music.com
Credits may appear in end credits, video descriptions, podcast notes, or your website.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, re-distribute, or upload the track as standalone music
- Include the music in sound libraries, templates, or sample packs
- Claim ownership, authorship, or fingerprint the track as your own
- Use the track in content promoting hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
All rights remain the property of emaer.
You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the underlying composition or recording.

2. Custom Music License (Exclusive Commissioned Work)

Scope of Custom Work
The Custom Music License applies when you commission emaer to create a unique, tailor-made piece of music specifically for your project.
This includes:
- Film scores or cinematic compositions
- Commercial music for ads and branded content
- Podcast themes and audio identities
- App, event, or installation sound design
- Custom expansions or exclusive versions of existing emaer music
The result is one unique composition, created only for you.
Exclusive Usage Rights
With this license, you receive:
- exclusive usage rights for your project
- royalty-free, lifetime use
- unlimited worldwide commercial distribution
- permission to edit, cut, adapt, or synchronize the music as needed
- monetization rights on all platforms
No other client will ever receive this custom track.
emaer retains composer rights and may feature the work in a personal portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership & Copyright
- You receive exclusive usage rights, not ownership of the composition.
- emaer remains the author and copyright holder.
- Full buyouts may be negotiated separately.
- Delivery and revision terms are defined individually.
This is standard practice for commissioned music worldwide.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell the music as a standalone product
- Distribute stems outside your project team
- Use the track in new projects without permission
- Claim to be the composer or original creator
The exclusivity applies to your project, not to redistribution as music.
