All music, sounds and samples from emaer music are royalty free. You can use them in your commercial and non-commercial projects and upload them to streaming platforms, sell your re-creations, use them in TV, film and video or do what you feel inspired to do without paying any additional fees or royalties.

When purchasing or downloading these products, you simply have a license to use them as a recreation in your own projects. You do not have exclusivity or the copyrights to the product and you do not own them. emaer music still owns the copyright to all of the music.

Re-creation means that you may use, include, adapt or expand the music in your own creative projects, but not use it on a one-to-one basis without modifications or additions. In other words, releasing the exact same music as your own original content is prohibited, as is any copying, lending, duplicating, reselling, or trading of this product or its content.

It is also prohibited to use the music in isolation or within any competitive products (or for the advertising or marketing of those) that are sold or re-licensed to multiple third parties. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any of the enclosed sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product. You have purchased a single-user (i.e. one person) license to use the sounds in your original compositions, songs and creations. You can use the music and sounds in your commercial projects as well. However, redistribution and repackaging are strictly prohibited.

You have ownership of your composition, but as a reminder, you don’t own the copyright to the music and sounds from emaer music. Other users can use the same sound and music without infringing on your rights and vice versa.

You do not have to give credit for paid products, but it is appreciated.

For free products, however, you should provide attribution in the form of information about the origin and the name of the product used. For example: The Music/Lyrics/Instrumental (please select whichever applies) „Name XYZ“ was provided by emaer at emaer-music.com.
